Laila Tarraf
is a senior human capital executive with more than 25 years professional experience across all facets of human resources, talent management and leadership development. Her experience spans multiple industries and companies of various sizes from technology start-ups to high growth consumer and retail companies as well as financial services and family run businesses. Laila served as Chief People Officer at Peet’s Coffee and Tea and served as the Director of Human Capital at GI Partners, a mid-market private equity firm in San Francisco. Laila works with company leaders and their boards in raising leaders to their highest level of consciousness so that they can create the conditions for people to do their best work. She leads workshops on leadership, mindfulness, engagement and culture, and is a guest lecturer at Berkeley Law School.
Beth MacLean
delivers key organizational change to clients in a variety of industries and disciplines, including supply chain, retail, wholesale apparel, and consumer packaged goods. She uses her expertise in organization design, strategy development, leadership facilitation, organization assessment, change management, process improvement, and large group meeting facilitation, while working with companies like Clorox, Nike, Levi Strauss, Gap Inc., Blue Shield of California, Electronic Arts, StubHub and NetApp.
